Term Policy
 
1- Guest rooms are available for occupancy at 2:00 p.m. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. (A late check-out may be available with advance scheduling).
2- Payment is required upon check-in.
3- A valid credit card and I.D. is required at check-in.
4- This is a Non-smoking establishment.
Cancellation
 
1- Cancellation request must be made in writing.
2- There is a $20 processing fee for all cancellations.Guest(s) canceling between 8-14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge of the schedule stay; and guest(s) canceling seven (7) days prior to arrival will incur a 75% charge of the schedule stay.
3- Should a guest fail to arrive or cancel on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
4- No refunds are made for early departures.
